At the The Truffle Farm, we designed, fabricated, and delivered six bespoke cooking suites for a purpose-built cooking school environment.

Each suite was uniquely configured to support different teaching and cooking styles, with equipment selections varying across the space. The installations include combinations of built-in Valentine fryers, an Argentinian-style BBQ, French planchas, ovens, refrigeration drawers, and integrated shelving, all brought together within custom stainless-steel suites designed for durability, performance, and ease of use.

 

The project was partly funded through an Energy Efficiency Grant provided by the Australian Government, supporting the delivery of modern, energy-efficient cooking technology while maintaining the versatility required for hands-on culinary education.

The result is a flexible, high-performance teaching kitchen that blends traditional cooking methods with contemporary, efficient equipment—purpose-built for learning, demonstration, and creativity.
