Every Control Induction stove is built to perform for decades and designed with the capability to operate completely carbon neutral.

We manufacture our stoves using high-grade, heavy-gauge stainless steel, selected for its durability and virtually indestructible nature in a commercial kitchen environment. Beyond longevity, our suites are engineered with future adaptability in mind. Internal designs allow for easy upgrades, enabling new technologies and replacement electronics to be integrated as they evolve, extending the working life of each stove indefinitely in theory.

Efficiency is at the core of our designs. Induction cooking naturally minimises energy use, as power is only drawn when a pan is present. But we’ve gone further, refining our electronics and cooking systems to optimise power usage and suit each application precisely. Our Planchas prioritise consistent, high-performance frying while reducing the need for pans, cutting down on water, chemical, and energy costs associated with washing. Meanwhile, our rapid-response Salamanders heat in seconds and activate automatically, eliminating the waste of equipment left running idle throughout service.
