At Margaret, Double Bay, we partnered with Neil Perry to upgrade the heart of the kitchen with a high-performance Control Induction cooking suite.

 

The project involved the removal of an ageing solid-top and the seamless integration of our custom induction suite into the existing cookline. Designed to match the original layout and workflow, the new system delivers precise temperature control, rapid response, and significantly improved efficiency, without disrupting the character or operation of the kitchen.

 

The result is a modern, energy-efficient cooking solution that enhances performance while respecting the integrity of an established, world-class kitchen.
