At Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney, we delivered a fully bespoke, high-performance cooking suite designed to meet the demands of one of Australia’s most respected kitchens.
The installation features eight 5kW induction hobs, providing exceptional power, precision, and flexibility across the cookline, paired with a French plancha for high-output surface cooking. Supporting the suite are two Moffat Turbofan ovens, two Valentine Evo 400 T fryers, a Valentine Multicooker, and an Adande VCC1 freezer drawer, all seamlessly integrated into a custom stainless-steel platform.
Designed, fabricated, and installed to exacting standards, the suite delivers outstanding performance, efficiency, and reliability, while integrating cleanly into the Rockpool kitchen environment and workflow.
